Mercy College is a Catholic school for girls, in Coburg, Melbourne’s North. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Registrar and Marketing Officer, to join the College in 2022.

<p>Mercy College is a Catholic Secondary College for young women conducted in the Mercy tradition of compassion and caring for students and their families.</p><p>We are inviting applications from individuals who will bring expertise, enthusiasm, innovation and a commitment to the shared Vision of the College. </p><p>The Registrar and Marketing Officer provides administrative support, fosters and maintains relationships and communications with current families, College groups and the wider community, while simultaneously managing marketing, promotions and activities.</p><p>The purpose of the role is to establish and develop relationships with prospective students and their families and to then manage and support the effective enrolment and transition of students into the College.</p><p>The successful applicant will demonstrate initiative and self-direction to ensure accuracy, currency and function of the College’s communication channels and marketing, with a view to promoting communication and engagement with parents/guardians, students and key stakeholders.</p><p>The Registrar and Marketing Officer will ensure that Child Safe practices and processes are followed in all areas of the College.</p><p>The position description can be found on the College website: https://www.mercycoburg.catholic.edu.au/college-information/employment</p><p><b>Application Process </b></p><p>Candidates should provide the following documents in support of their application:</p><ul><li>A one page cover letter addressed to the Principal, Ms Lila McInerney </li><li>An up to date Curriculum Vitae </li><li>A response to the Key Skills, Attributes and Qualifications providing examples of demonstrated capacity and experience to fulfil the role- no more than 2 pages</li><li>A Mercy College non-teaching application form with the details of three referees, including a current employer</li></ul><p><i>All information will be provided in confidence to members of the Selection Panel.
