Mercy College is a Catholic school for girls, in Coburg, Melbourne’s North. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Assistant to the Principal, to join the College in 2022

In the Mercy spirit, love, compassion and service underpin all we are and do.</p><p>The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Principal has the responsibility for all administrative, governance and systems support for all activities required to support the Principal. The primary function of the Personal Assistant to the Principal is manage the day to day functions of the Principal’s Office and provide high level administrative support to the Principal.</p><p>Given the breadth of the Principal’s role, this entails a wide range of responsibilities and demands flexibility and commitment to superior outcomes. The Personal Assistant to the Principal plays a key role in representing the School to stakeholders and the wider community.</p><p>The Principal’s PA will need to exhibit a personal commitment to the mission and vision of the College, have an excellent eye for detail, display initiative and commitment to achieving quality outcomes.</p><p>Appointees are expected to show understanding of and commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College. Mercy College is committed to creating and maintaining a child safe environment in which students feel safe and are safe.
