<p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong><br> As a member of the Infrastructure Services and Capital Delivery team, the Capital Delivery Officer, will demonstrate a commitment to the mission of Catholic education and a capacity to realise that mission in the context of the MACS Strategic Plan which promotes strong, shared leadership and a culture of creativity and innovative practice.<br> <br> The Capital Delivery Officer will:<br> </p> <ol> <li>Administer the Victorian Government Capital Funding Program for Non-Government Schools 2019-20 to 2022-23 (VGCFP2019-23) Capital Funding Programs in accordance with the Funding Framework Agreement and Operational Guidelines.</li> <li>Assist schools to implement capital projects against quality, time and cost parameters.</li> <li>Assist individual schools to meet future enrolment demands with facilities that are safe, compliant and flexible.</li> </ol> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong><br> The successful candidate must have:<br> </p> <ol> <li>Tertiary qualifications relevant to school infrastructure, project management, architecture or asset management.</li> <li>High level reporting and project management skills.</li> <li>Current Driver's Licence.</li> </ol> <p>The successful candidate must hold or acquire a Working with Children Check, and must be willing to acquire a National Police Record Check.
