<p><b>About the Role </b></p><p>The successful teacher will be able to use their appropriate knowledge and skills to ensure that students receive superior quality education consistent with Catholic faith and Christian principles. </p><p>To provide assistance and support to all staff within the department and to coordinate the Arts department and ensure curriculum is delivered. Their role is to provide students and teachers support through;</p><ul><li>Monitoring and overseeing quality teaching and learning across the Department; </li><li>Support staff in writing programs, overviews, completing reports, maintainin records; </li><li>Coordinating meeting times for department with Campus Curriculum coordinator; </li><li>Overseeing and managing the departments budget and preparation of a draft budget for the following year </li></ul><p>This is a permanent position, commencing 28 January 2022 </p><p><b>Essential Criteria </b></p><p>A demonstrated understanding of the ethos of a Catholic School and its mission </p><p>Ability to plan, prepare and deliver teaching and learning programs to meet the individual needs of students consistent with relevant curriculum policies, work programs and education trends, while maintaining a supportive learning environment </p><p>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with school staff, parents and the local school community </p><p>Commitment to maintain current and relevant professional learning and meet the Australian Professional Standards of Teachers </p><p>Be residing in Australia </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
