This role will play a critical part in the rollout of our new Learning Management System and will support the onboarding and ongoing development and training needs of all staff across the diocese.<br /> <br /> The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<br /> </p> <ul> <li>Design, develop content and facilitate a range of programs across the organisation focussed on tailored learning programs, training courses, professional &amp; organisational development, team engagement/building and organisational compliance;</li> <li>Provide professional, current and relevant learning and development advice to staff to fulfil their training requirements;</li> <li>Develop, coordinate and maintain onboarding, induction and system orientation programs for all staff; and</li> <li>Oversee, administer, monitor and develop e-learning training modules through the organisation's Learning Management System.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW):</strong><br /> <br /> CEDWW comprises 29 schools - 24 primary and 5 secondary.
