This position is responsible for delivering high quality recruitment services in partnership with CEDWW Schools.

<p>This position is responsible for delivering high quality recruitment services in partnership with 24 Primary Schools, 5 Secondary Schools, 2 Boarding Houses and a central office, as well as implementing employment initiatives in accordance with People &amp; Culture strategies including; CEDWW's Workforce Plan, Attraction and Retention Strategies and other People &amp; Culture initiatives that support our workforce.<br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>What we can offer:</strong><br /> </p> <ul> <li>Total remuneration package commencing at $91,849.00 per annum (Incl. Super and Annual Leave Loading)</li> <li>Permanent full-time position</li> <li>Located at head office in Wagga Wagga's CBD</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your new role:</strong><br /> </p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Responsible for the coordination and oversight of recruitment activities i.e. advertising; shortlisting; interviews; letters of offer for CEDWW Office staff, inductions; and probationary reviews.</li> <li>Develop, implement and administer sound recruitment processes for CEDWW's permanent, temporary and casual employees; focusing on improvement processes.</li> <li>Oversight of new starter correspondence and inductions for new staff.</li> <li>Undertake the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regards to CEDWW's e-recruitment system, providing support across the organisation.</li> <li>Interpretation and advice to schools on school staffing allocations and associated guidelines, including providing advice on advertising vacant positions based on school staffing allocations.</li> <li>Liaising and informing Principals, Business Managers and School Operations Manager regarding staffing allocations for CEDWW schools and locations, and maintain these allocations throughout the year to ensure financial responsibilities are maintained by Principals, Program Managers and key stakeholders.</li> <li>Assist with the implementation of actions arising from CEDWW's Workforce Plan, Attraction &amp; Retention Strategy and other strategies as developed to meet the needs of the workforce.</li> <li>Assist in the development, implementation and coordination of CEDWW's traineeship, apprenticeship, cadetship and graduate programs.</li> <li>Interpret Awards, employment agreement provisions, legislative requirements and staff policy and procedures to ensure legislative compliance.</li> <li>Utilise and maintain accurate records using CEDWW's databases and electronic records systems.</li> <li>Work collaboratively within the team to respond to enquiries received by People &amp; Culture across all areas including but not limited to; Recruitment; Professional Learning and Development; Workplace Relations; Work Health &amp; Safety; and Payroll..</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW):</strong><br /> <br /> CEDWW comprises 29 schools - 24 primary and 5 secondary. Minimum qualifications relevant to the role e.g. Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources.<br /> <br /> 2. Class C Driver's Licence.<br /> <br /> 3. Current Working With Children Check<br /> </p> <h2>Skills and experience</h2> <p>4.
