We are seeking an organised individual to provide support to the ONCE Project Team and schools within Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW). The Project Systems Accountant is responsible for the design, support and development of all finance processes and systems that will support informed business decisions.

<p><b>What we can offer:</b><br /></p><ul><li>Total remuneration package commencing at $124,857-$146,794 per annum (dependent upon experience and qualifications)</li><li>Temporary full-time position until 5 January 2023.</li><li>Located at head office in Wagga Wagga’s CBD. </li></ul><p><b>Your new role: </b></p><p>The Project Systems Accountant supports the Once Project Manager in the planning, implementation and support of the Once Project, with an emphasis on the successful transition to a new enterprise Finance Management System (FMS) in schools and the migration of the existing FMS used by the Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga (CEDWW) Finance &amp; Resources team.</p><p>Responsible for:</p><p> </p><ul><li>The configuration and support of new system features, not currently used by CEDWW or Schools. </li><li>Providing specialist accounting advice to the Corporate Services team, supporting the financial management of CEDWW and schools.</li><li>Providing recommendations for the continuous improvement of financial business systems and processes. The Project Systems Accountant will liaise with stakeholders to build and incorporate financial systems improvements, functionality, reporting and controls.</li></ul><p>For further information on the position of Project System Accountant, a copy of the position description can be found in the attachments below.<br /></p><p><b>About the Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW): </b></p><p>CEDWW comprises 29 schools – 24 primary and 5 secondary. Boarding facilities can be accessed by 3 of our secondary schools. The Diocese is located within Wiradjuri country in the Riverina and south western district of New South Wales.
