We need a set of hands to help us with our graphic design and production of internal and external collateral. The role allows you to utilise your creative magic to generate interest and excitement in what we do.<br /></p><p>Opportunities you’ll get:<br /></p><p>Work with College leaders, teachers, students and learning areas to produce a range of collateral from simple pieces to major marketing content<br /></p><p>Lead and shape our graphic design output and capabilities</p><p>Use the latest Adobe packages.</p><p><b><u>Responsibilities you’ll have include:</u></b></p><p>Design and produce collateral for the College including internal campaigns and major College events, such as Open Day, Alumni, annual yearbook, newsletter, social media titles and marketing materials<br /></p><p>Work with the Director of College and Community Engagement to delivery annual communication objectives aligned to College’s strategic direction and 5-year plan</p><p>Plan, produce and delivery advertisements.</p><p>The role is perfect for someone who is a talented designer and is very creative.</p><p><b><u>You must:</u></b><br /></p><p>Be a natural multi-tasker and have a collaborative approach working across multiple teams within an organisation<br /></p><p>Be passionate about design and storytelling</p><p>Be driven to create the very best product every time and have impeccable attention to detail</p><p>Have an attitude that makes people want to work with you</p><p>Be flexible and willing to respond to requests at short notice</p><p>Be up for the challenge of creative compelling content for the College</p><p>Be able to respond professionally to feedback from College Leadership and Director of College and Community Engagement.</p><p><b><u>You’ll need to have:</u></b></p><p>Extensive knowledge of design software – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and other Abode / Microsoft programs<br /></p><p>Experience designing major collateral for different platforms</p><p>A qualification in graphic design.</p><p>Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in a design with an agency or organisation such as a not-for-profit.</p>
