St Francis de Sales Regional College in Leeton are looking for a suitable qualified Boarding Supervisor to join them for the 2022 school year in a part-time (0.92 FTE) capacity!

<p><b>What we can offer: </b></p><ul><li>Temporary position for the 2022 School Year.</li><li>Part-time position (0.92 FTE) working thirty-five (35) hours per week (Sleepover required).</li><li>Access to Salary Packaging (Maxxia is our Salary Packaging Provider). </li><li>Relocation Allowance (Up to a maximum of $5,000). </li></ul><p><b>Your new role: </b></p><p>Boarding Supervisors contribute to the life of the Boarding House and are expected to be strong role models with whom the Boarders can relate in a positive way.</p><p>The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Have effective communication, listening and organisation skills;</li><li>Have a good understanding and tolerance of teenagers;</li><li>Model a professional image at all times; especially in areas of personal hygiene, attire, punctuality and attendance;</li><li>Be a representative of the school to parents and the community;</li><li>Maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to the school;</li><li>Be able to work as a member of the team and have a collegial approach to duties;</li><li>Adhere to School guidelines and policies for the appropriate management of student care, behaviour and property, at all times; and</li><li>Adhere to staff code of conduct.</li></ul><p><b>Your new school:</b></p><p>St Francis De Sales Regional College is a Catholic Co-educational Day and Weekly Boarding School providing a comprehensive education across Years 7-12, for students from Leeton, Narrandera and surrounding rural areas in the Riverina.
