MacKillop Catholic College has an opportunity for a part-time Administration Officer, commencing in 2022. This position is five days per fortnight: Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri; Week 2 - Mon and Fri. There is the possibility of this position becoming a permanent full-time position in 2023.

The Towards 2025 Strategy commits our system of schools to being at least as good as the very best, to maximise the learning growth of every student, and to inspire hearts and minds to know Christ and love learning. </p><p>Covering an expansive geographical area which includes the Central Coast and Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 44 Catholic Schools with around 17,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. </p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>About the role </b></p><p>This position is a temporary, part-time Administration Officer role, commencing in January 2022.  This position is five days per fortnight: Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri; Week 2 - Mon and Fri.  While this position is part-time in 2022, there is the possibility of a permanent, full-time position in 2023.</p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>About you</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Be highly effective, skilled administration support officer with experience in a busy dynamic office environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Possess high level interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, student, parents/carers and community members. </li></ul><ul><li>Be familiar with various software packages which include but not limited to Microsoft Office, Google suite and Compass. </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Be task focused with attention to detail and flexibility regarding duties.</li></ul><ul><li>A First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) would be advantageous. </li></ul><ul><li>Be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>The Rewards </b></p><p>Be part of a passionate team committed to delivering authentic Catholic education with care and compassion.
