<p>This is a fulltime permanent position commencing in 2022.</p><p>Marcellin College is seeking an enthusiastic, engaged and collaborative  Religious Education teacher for our contemporary Catholic school in Sydney. <br /></p><p>Applicants should address the following essential criteria in a cover letter addressed to the Principal:</p><ul><li>commitment to Catholic Education, a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of students.</li><li>able to facilitate dynamic and collaborative learning experiences.</li><li>commitment to academic excellence</li><li>exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective pedagogies.</li><li>highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff.</li><li>capable of empowering students to be independent and creative learners.</li><li>ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>be an innovative and engaging classroom practitioner in Religious Education </li><li>experience teaching Stages 4 - 6 Religious Education</li><li>experience in differentiation and an understanding of Universal Design for Learning (UDL).</li><li>commitment to the co-curricular life of the College.<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p> <p><strong>Requirements for teaching positions:</strong><br /></p> <p> - NESA Registration</p><p>- WWCC Clearance</p><p>- Classification to teach in Sydney Catholic Schools</p><p>- Degree in appropriate teacher education qualifications</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Academic transcripts documenting qualifications in RE must be included with all applications.</b></p><p><b><br /></b></p> <p>Sydney Catholic Schools is committed to ensuring the safety of our staff, students and school communities. in line with the Public Health (COVID-19 Vaccination of Education Care Workers) Order 2021, all of our staff are required to provide Vaccination Evidence that is compliant with the Order as a condition of employment.
