You use feedback and assessment to analyse and support your students&#39; knowledge and understanding. You use a range of sources to evaluate your teaching and to adjust your programs to better meet student needs.</i></li><li><i>You are committed to your ongoing professional growth and continue to seek ways to improve your own practice.</i></li><li><i>You are also a team member.
