<p>We welcome applications from suitably qualified teachers who: </p><ul><li>are a trained Reading Recovery teacher, OR an experienced classroom (K-2) teacher willing to undertake Reading Recovery training</li><li>demonstrate a commitment to the vision and mission of Catholic education and accreditation to teach Religious Education in accordance with Sydney Catholic Schools&#39; policies</li><li>display a willingness to work closely with staff to enhance the literacy skills of students</li><li>are able to commit to teaching Reading Recovery students five days a week</li><li>exhibit highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the demonstrated ability to engage positively with students, parents/carers and staff </li><li>demonstrate a proven capacity to work effectively in a team environment.</li></ul><p>Emailed applications must include:</p><ul><li>a cover letter addressed to the principal which outlines the reasons for applying</li><li>a Curriculum Vitae which outlines qualifications, experience and succinctly addresses the essential criteria </li><li>names and contact details for three referees, one of whom must be a Parish Priest</li><li>an Employee ID registration number with Sydney Catholic Schools or commitment to obtaining one prior to interview.</li></ul>
