As part of the mission of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Parramatta (CEDP), the Partnerships and Pathways Coach is accountable for establishing and developing strategic partnerships with business, tertiary and community stakeholders to enhance the learning of students as well as coaching students in preparation for learning and work post school.

The Pathways Coach will work closely with students to determine learning goals and assist them in developing their post-school plans. More specifically you will:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Schedule coaching sessions with students (and their parents when necessary)</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Provide coaching sessions by withdrawal during lesson times</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Work with the year leaders and diversity team to provide coaching as an intervention or additional support</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Help students identify their strengths</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coach students in creating achievable learning goals</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Facilitate university early-entry, scholarship applications and UAC applications</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline such as education, vocational education, human resources, disability support</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Demonstrated experience and qualifications in coaching</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Working with Children Check</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Australian resident or citizen.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
