<p>The Learning Enhancement Teacher will work alongside class teachers, support students with learning, lead small group instruction within the classroom, and adapt lessons for students in conjunction with class teachers.</p><p><b>The role will be 0.78 FTE over 5 days - Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 1.30pm and then Friday till 12.30pm.</b></p><p>Work in partnership with teachers to implement aspects of learning for students including:</p><ul><li>working collaboratively <b>(co-teach)</b> with the classroom teacher to support student learning</li><li>leading small group instruction</li><li>adapting lessons for individual students in conjunction with class teachers</li><li>working collaboratively with the classroom teacher to support assessment for learning of students</li><li>planning, implementing, modelling, monitoring and evaluating learning, with the classroom teacher and students</li><li>using and promoting effective teaching practices that engage and enhance student learning and achievement.</li><li>providing feedback regarding student learning to classroom teachers on a regular basis</li><li>planning for differentiation based on individual needs working with students across classrooms when appropriate, analysing data to make judgement on where students are, where they are going to and how they will get there</li><li>being familiar with the curriculum for the year level they are working in</li><li>attending weekly planning with class teachers</li><li>collecting data on the students they are working with to share with the class teacher</li><li>being aware of PLP goals for any students that they may be working with and plan accordingly</li><li>promoting school mindsets and Visible Learning principles within the teaching</li></ul><p><b>Commitment to Child Safety:</b></p><p>At.
