<p>We are seeking an enthusiastic School Administration Officer to join our school community to begin the 2022 school year. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional first-point-of contact service, multitask, communicate effectively and create strong professional relationships with the St. Mary’s School community. </p><p>The successful applicant will manage the school reception function including: </p><p>• Provide informed and friendly customer service to all students, parents/guardians, families and the general public </p><p>• Assist with the general administration of the school office Portal school administration system </p><p>• Possess relevant experience using modern computer systems in the Windows environment including MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and Publisher) </p><p>• Handle confidential information in an appropriate manner </p><p>• Maintain student records </p><p>• Maintain staff records including: First Aid, Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Mandatory Reporting modules </p><p>• Maintain records of Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Code of Conduct for volunteers, contractors and visitors </p><p>• Prepare the weekly school newsletter </p><p>• Update the school website as required </p><p>• Provide support and assistance to school staff </p><p>• Assist the Principal in administrative matters</p><p> </p><p>For further information go to - </p><p><a href="https://smclarkeshill.catholic.edu.au" rel="nofollow">https://smclarkeshill.catholic.edu.au</a> </p><p> </p>
