<p><b>Purpose of the Role </b></p><p>This role is integral to the Workforce Capability Team and works within the team to grow capacity across the workforce and contribute to the vision of a world class education within the Cairns Catholic Diocese. </p><p>The role holder will collaborate with school and office staff to design, co-ordinate, implement and evaluate high quality and evidence-based learning experiences to meet individual, school and system needs. The role holder will lead best practice in adult learning principles and engage in data analysis to inform decision making. </p><p>The successful applicant will be a key member of the Capability Design Team (Working Party) contributing strongly to the implementation of the Strategic Directions 2021 – 2025 and the Workforce Strategy 2021-2025 with a particular focus on capability development as a key driver of a growth and improvement. Other key documents that continue to guide the work of the Workforce Capability Team is the School Effectiveness Framework, Leadership Framework, Professional Learning Framework.
