We embrace the outdoors and seek to provide experiences that enrich the lives of our children.</p><p>Curriculum Leader</p><p>We are seeking a passionate, dynamic and innovative leader to work in partnership with staff, students and the parent community. A passion for visible learning, discovery and project based learning along with a love of creating outdoor learning opportunities is key to this role. </p><p>Selection criteria:</p><p>- an ability to collaborate and actively contribute in a team focused environment</p><p>- knowledge and experience in the implementation of contemporary teaching and learning strategies in Literacy, Numeracy and personalised inquiry learning (Project based and Play based learning)</p><p>- understanding of wellbeing strategies to support learning</p><p>- experience in and practical understanding of differentiated learning whereby all students within a classroom can learn effectively, regardless of differences in ability</p><p>- a passion for building strong partnerships between our families and school</p><p>- a willingness to be open and responsive to new learning.</p><p>Current leadership, experience in coaching, Visible learning approaches and strong pedagogical knowledge along with organisation and management skills are an advantage.

</p><p>The successful applicant will hold Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration and CECV Accreditation to teach Religious Education
