The College is seeking a vibrant leader who possesses excellent organisational and communication skills to oversee the College's Building projects and transition to coeducation. The successful applicant will join the leadership team. This is a 3 point Coordinator contract position with a 0.6FTE time allowance and 0.4FTE teaching load. The position is from Term 1 2022 until the end of 2024.

<p><b>Key Areas of responsibility</b></p><p><b>Oversight of the College Capital Works Development</b></p><ul><li>Collaboration and communication with the Works Project Manager, SCS Facilities, Builder and Architect. </li><li>Leadership with the Principal concerning the management and communication of the capital works to stakeholders in the College community. </li><li>Procurement of equipment and resources for building and learning spaces. </li><li>Manage the FF&amp;E budget for each stage of the project. </li><li>Coordinate special projects as part of the development with the design and procurement of Catholic-specific resources that are consistent with the Mission of the College.</li></ul><p><b>Transition to a Coeducational College</b></p><ul><li>Key responsibility for the successful transition to coeducation. </li><li>Chair or membership of a number of committees tasked with the transition to coeducation including uniform, curriculum, and policy and procedures. </li><li>Consultation with, and feedback to, various stakeholder groups regarding the various elements of the transition process.</li></ul><p><b>College Promotions, Advertising &amp; Whole School Events </b></p><ul><li>Responsibility in consultation with SCS marketing team for the promotion of the College and key events within the local community.</li><li>Management of College promotion tools including social media and community communications.</li></ul><p><b>Essential Criteria</b></p><ul><li>Highly developed initiative and ability to think strategically.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and organisational skills</li><li>Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.</li><li>Knowledge and experience in Social Media, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.</li></ul><p>Sydney Catholic Schools is committed to ensuring the safety of our staff, students and school communities.
