<p>Salary and conditions are implemented according to the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018. </p><p>The successful applicants will: </p><p>? have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children; </p><p>? possess the skills and abilities necessary to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience and will embrace a collegial, team-based approach to teaching and learning; </p><p>? be appropriately qualified, demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to deliver the appropriate curriculum to a range of educational abilities, and be able to provide care and support for students whilst supporting and respecting the ethos of the school and its environment; </p><p>? have accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School or a commitment to obtain accreditation; </p><p>? have a current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. </p><p>Key Selection Criteria </p><p>The successful applicant will demonstrate: </p><p>? a strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and Catholic Identity of the school; </p><p>? the ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of contemporary and effective learning and teaching practices; </p><p>? a commitment to on-going school and personal, professional improvement; </p><p>? strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as part of a Professional Learning Community; </p><p>? a strong ability to develop and maintain professional and caring relationships; </p><p>? a high standard of competency and proficiency in classroom practice and student management. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
