This role will lead School Leadership teams to build capacity in data literacy and analysis to assist them in strategic and business planning for continuous improvement of student outcomes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="https://applynow.net.au/jobs/ASPECT1421/assets/16698294">To view the full position profile, please click&nbsp;here.</a></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead the development of systems and processes to collect, collate and analyse key data sets as the basis of continuous improvement planning across all Aspect schools</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate extensively with the Education Executive team to determine needs for systemisation and development of tools that will assist schools to deliver outcomes for students</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Initiate communications with school leaders and facilitate collaboration and discussion between stakeholders</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design and develop systems for measuring student outcomes through rigorous data analysis</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build positive relationships with school teams and shared services colleagues </span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About you:</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A qualified senior educator with extensive experience in leading and managing schools and/or educational systems, you will know&nbsp;government and non-government national and state education sectors inside out. You will be comfortable in policy development and enjoy solving problems to develop evidence informed solutions and improve student learning.&nbsp;This role will suit someone who is an exceptional team player, with outstanding written and communication skills and a proven ability to synthesize multiple data sets to detect patterns between various sources of information that leads to identification of 'problems of practice'.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Essentials:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated breadth of experience in leading and managing schools and/or educational systems to improve educational outcomes for students</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A proven ability to solve problems and develop evidence informed solutions in education systems</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience in data mining</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in the interpretation/analysis and synthesis of key education metrics</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Extensive experience in writing professional reports, suitable for presentation to the board and the executive teams</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent written and spoken communication skills with attention to detail</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Professional experience in working with children with special needs an advantage</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">NSW Working with Children Check clearance for paid employment</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A National Police Check clearance is a requirement and Aspect will arrange this.
