We are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and collaborative candidate with a passion for Music to join a dedicated CAPA team in a full time capacity. An added opportunity exists for the successful candidate to deliver the Stage 6 VET Entertainment Industry course to students enrolled in our Key Alliance Trade Training College.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic educator who is a committed Christian, actively involved in their local church. As part of a cohesive team, you will be committed to articulate the vision for strengthening and building upon a strong foundation in line with the school’s learning framework. In a key area of learning where innovation and real-world application is important, we would expect you to be aware of and able to integrate emerging technologies and trends to give our students the competitive edge needed to engage in their post school world. </p><p>An added opportunity exists for the successful candidate to deliver the Stage 6 VET Entertainment Industry course to students enrolled in our Key Alliance Trade Training College. You will have a clear understanding of differentiated learning and assessment, catering for the individual needs of all students. Along with NESA accreditation, current Working with Children Check and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following: </p><ul><li>recent Stage 4, 5 and 6 Music experience </li><li>experience in delivering the VET Entertainment course is highly desirable </li><li>inclusive, organised and friendly approach to music that encourages maximum participation and skills development </li><li>experience operating basic lighting, audio and vision systems </li><li>sound understanding of technical production requirements </li><li>collaborative, innovative and effective practice </li><li>highly relational interpersonal skills with staff, students and parents </li><li>a demonstrated capacity to work and contribute as a member of a curriculum team </li><li>excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>flexibility and interest in working in an innovative and dynamic environment </li><li>excellent ICT skills across a range of platforms. </li></ul><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>Applications close 4.00pm Friday 5 November 2021 </b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>How to apply </b></p><p>Visit the PCS website <a href="http://pcs.nsw.edu.au/employment" rel="nofollow">pcs.nsw.edu.au/employment</a> to complete the Employment Application form.
