Kildare Catholic College in Wagga are looking for an experienced administration professional to commence with them in a full-time permanent position as the Personal Assistant to the Principal commencing in January 2022!

<p><b>What we can offer: </b></p><ul><li>Permanent full-time (38 hours per week) position commencing 18 January 2022.</li><li>Unaveraged (works during school break).</li><li>Annual Salary: Level 6: $86,321.00.</li><li>Access to Salary Packaging (Maxxia is our Salary Packaging Provider).</li></ul><p><b>Your new role: </b></p><p>The Personal Assistant to the Principal reports to the Principal and works closely with all members of the Leadership and Management Teams. To find out more, click<a href="https://www.visitnsw.com/destinations/country-nsw/riverina/wagga-wagga" rel="nofollow"> here</a>. </p><p><b>What you will need to succeed (Selection Criteria): </b></p><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, judgement and discretion and to work under pressure.</li><li>Capable of working in an environment that requires confidentiality. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and liaison skills. </li><li>Excellent memory, eye for detail and proven history of accurate work. </li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office and capacity to learn new software platforms relevant to College Management e.g. Compass.</li><li>Outstanding organisational and time management skills. </li><li>Well developed problem solving skills and a track record of continuous improvement. </li><li>The ability to work well with others.</li><li>To be flexible and open to change.</li><li>Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Excellent organisational and forward planning skills. </li><li>Active listening skills. </li><li>Competent word processing and database skills and ability to broaden computing experience with other packages.
