<p>Marcellin College Randwick is seeking an outstanding, innovative, committed and experienced VET Construction teacher for a full-time permanent teaching position at the College commencing 2022 . </p><p>The successful applicant will be committed to the Catholic ethos of the College and utilise effective learning and teaching strategies and technologies to enhance 21st century pedagogy. </p><p><b>Essential Criteria </b></p><ul><li>Commitment to Catholic Education, with a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of students</li><li>Ability to facilitate dynamic and collaborative learning experiences</li><li>Commitment to academic excellence</li><li>Exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective pedagogies including UDL</li><li>Capable of empowering students to be independent and creative learners</li><li>An ability to create a culture of excellence and high expectations through positive support of student learning</li><li>A sound understanding of current educational research including authentic assessment practices, differentiation and effective feedback</li><li>Highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff</li><li>An ability to work collaboratively in a team environment</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>TAS (Industrial Technology) teacher who holds a CPC20211 Certificate II in Construction Pathways, and a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. </li></ul><p>         or </p><ul><li>A teacher who has worked in Construction and would like to train as a Construction teacher.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements for teaching positions:</strong><br /></p> <ul><li>NESA Registration</li><li>WWCC Clearance</li><li>Classification to teach in Sydney Catholic Schools</li></ul><p><b>Applications must be supported by Certified copies of University transcripts and/or RTO transcripts</b></p>
