<p>Maronite College of the Holy Family is seeking applications for the position of Human Resources and Compliance Manager. </p><p><b>The position is to commence in Term 1, 2022</b></p><p>The Human Resources and Compliance Manager is a newly created, senior position within the College, who will provide leadership in managing the compliance and human resources programs. This position is flexible to be offered as part-time or full-time, on a fixed term contract (which may become permanent) and is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the education sector.</p><p>The Human Resources and Compliance Manager will report to the Assistant Principal. The role aligns closely with the College Principal, Business Manager and College Executive, and ensures the College is compliant in the areas of Code of Conduct, Child Safe legislation, Work, Health and Safety, and school accreditation non-curriculum requirements. The role is also responsible for the recruitment, selection, induction, well-being and retention of staff.
