Catholic Regional College Sydenham currently has five Teaching position vacancies. These positions are full time, fixed term positions for the 2022 school year, and are open to applications from both gradates and experienced teachers.

<p>Catholic Regional College Sydenham currently has five Teaching position vacancies with the following teaching allotments:</p><ul><li>VCE English / VCE Religious Education</li><li>VCE Religious Education / VCE Studio Arts / VCE Arts</li><li>VCE Mathematics / VCE Religious Education</li><li>VCE Mathematics / VCE Biology</li><li>VCE Humanities / VCE Religious Education</li></ul><p>The College also has a vacancy for the below Position of Leadership (POL 3).</p><ul><li>Learning Enhancement Leader: Community Engagement for 2022.</li></ul><p>Please see the attached Position Description for the appointment details of this Position of Leadership.</p><p>Catholic Regional College Sydenham was founded in 1982 as a Catholic senior school for students in the West of Melbourne. It is the largest of its kind in Victoria, specialising in VCE, VCAL and VET studies.<br /></p><p>The school is a part of the Catholic Regional College Federation of schools encompassing 7-10 Colleges at St Albans, North Keilor and Caroline Springs as well as Years 7-12 at Melton. The founders of the school understood that in building a specialist senior campus, students would benefit from having specialist teachers and the widest range of subjects offered.</p><p>Catholic Regional College Sydenham is a community dedicated to educating the whole person. We work in partnership with parents to develop young men and women who are open to growth, committed to their faith and social justice, and who are religiously and intellectually competent. When our students and graduates demonstrate these characteristics, practicing them in their daily lives, the school community can be proud in the knowledge that it has served them well.</p><p>In the context of the Mission Statement, policies and procedures of the College, teachers are accountable to the Principal for academic, pastoral, professional, developmental and administrative responsibilities.</p><p>Successful applicants will be able to fulfil the following Requirements:</p><ul><li>Must hold a current VIT registration as well as the relevant tertiary qualifications;</li><li>Must comply with the Victorian Government Covid Vaccine requirements;</li><li>Must comply with the CRC Sydenham Child Safe Policy and Code of Conduct; and<br /></li><li>Have a willingness to work closely and collaboratively with parents, staff, and other professionals to support the learning and wellbeing of students.</li></ul><p>Catholic Regional College Sydenham is a child safe employer and is committed to the welfare of children and their protection. All potential employees will be required to comply with the College&#39;s child safe policy and code of conduct.</p><p>Salary will be based on the VCEMEA 2018. The level and subdivision of the successful candidate will be negotiated based on experience, qualifications and previous industry experience. </p>
