At St Michael’s our values of Dignity, Respect, Care and Compassion underpin all that we do and are.<br /></p><p><b>The role<br /></b></p><p>We are looking for an exceptional and enthusiastic Student Enrolment Manager to lead our School Enrolments team, due to the current incumbent relocating interstate.<br /></p><p>You will join a strong, cohesive and highly collaborative team in a highly regarded school where diversity and inclusivity are valued. There is also a whole-of-school appreciation of the importance of enrolments, and an understanding of the enrolment process.<br /></p><p>You will be responsible for ensuring enrolment targets are met and pipelines maintained, through effective implementation, and continuous improvement, of the enrolment strategies.<br /></p><p>The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build on the strong demand in the Senior School and work to achieve the same goals in our Junior School.<br /></p><p>Ideally commencing early December 2021, this is a full time and ongoing position.<br /></p><p><b>To thrive in this role, you will have the following attributes:<br /></b></p><ul><li>Tertiary qualifications or Post Graduate qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications or allied fields are desirable, or equivalent experience at a senior level<br /></li><li>A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships and deliver excellent client service with both internal and external customers</li><li>Demonstrated experience successfully leading and managing a team</li><li>An appreciation of contemporary education marketing, parental/student decision making, student enrolment and retention strategies</li><li>High level stakeholder engagement experience and the ability to represent St Michael’s at senior levels within the School community</li><li>Strong client service focus, the ability to network successfully and represent St Michael’s both internally and externally in a professional manner</li><li>Demonstrated high level of confidentiality and discretion</li><li>Highly developed computer skill and literacy, with advanced skills in MS Office: MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel and MS PowerPoint</li><li>Experience with Synergetic and/or Digistorm desirable, but not essential</li><li>High level written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Must be willing to be involved in all aspects of the School’s program</li><li>Must have a current Employee Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain</li><li>Must have a current National Police Check (obtained within the last 6 months) or be willing to obtain prior to commencement</li></ul><p><b>Key benefits of working at St Michael’s Grammar School include:<br /></b></p><ul><li>Competitive salaries<br /></li><li>5 weeks annual leave</li><li>Contribution to relocation expenses</li><li>Flexible work opportunities</li><li>Professional and career development opportunities</li><li>Employee Assistance Program available to staff</li><li>Active Staff Association (social club)</li><li>Range of salary packaging options</li><li>Stimulating work and learning environment</li><li>High performing and values driven culture</li></ul><p><b>Applications close: 10am, Wednesday, 3 November 2021.<br /></b></p><p>For more information, please see the position description below.<br /></p><p>If this sounds like the role you’ve been waiting for 'APPLY NOW'.<br /></p><p>Please submit your details, resume and cover letter outlining in detail your experience and ability to meet the requirements of this role.
