<p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong><br> The Senior Human Resources Project Officer will lead the delivery of strategic people management initiatives and projects, and actively contribute to the HR team's operations and service delivery across the employee lifecycle. They will also manage and support the team and line managers in the resolution of complex people management issues for MACS Head Office staff. Support for the review, implementation and application of people policies and procedures, taking a lead role in identifying efficiencies and process improvements that add value to the team and sponsoring the use of technology, data, and information will also be in the remit for this role.<br> <br> <strong>ABOUT YOU</strong><br> You have excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage wide ranging and complex issues within tight time frames. You are able to identify and convey complex issues simply and clearly and are comfortable working with technology, systems and competing priorities. You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to work comfortably with a range of stakeholders and the flexibility to deal with ambiguity if needed. You also have broad experience working across a range of HR functions with an emphasis on data and reporting. You are a hands on operator who is happy to roll up your sleeves to help out the team when required.<br> <br> The successful candidate must hold or acquire a Working with Children Check, and be willing to acquire a National Police Record Check.
