In the heart of Darwin’s CBD, St Mary's Catholic Primary School is an inclusive learning community that caters for children from Preschool through to Year 6. St Mary’s is a school where children learn in faith and love and where the unique talents, gifts and achievements of students are promoted and celebrated.
<p> We are seeking a motivated school mentor to support the children of our Defence families to commence in Term 4, 2021.</p><p>Selection criteria: </p><p>• Ability to uphold the ethos of Catholic Education and the Vision and Mission of St Mary’s School. </p><p>• A love and respect for children. </p><p>• Sound communication skills both oral and written, and the ability to communicate effectively with primary school aged children, school principal and staff, parents, ADF Members and their families. </p><p>• Demonstrated ability to organise own work, set priorities, meet deadlines, work independently and as a team member and maintain confidentiality. </p><p>• Ability to plan, organise and deliver activities and resources relating to the needs of ADF families. </p><p>• Ability to acquire quickly an understanding of the operations of the school </p><p>• Current driver’s license and NT Working with Children’s Card. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p>
