About Our School: All Saints Catholic College is an important part of our SCS community. As a co-educational K-12 dual campus, our College has been formed by the amalgamation in 2019 of the three All Saints’ schools and was incorporated into a single K-12 school entity on two sites, Liverpool and Casula, at the beginning of this year.

The preferred applicant demonstrates the following criteria: </p><ul><li>a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic school within the broader Catholic Church </li><li>a commitment to academic excellence and a sound knowledge of contemporary approaches to pedagogy, including the nature of assessment and differentiated learning </li><li>commitment to a learning culture of shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth, informed by data </li><li>an ability to lead learning and foster innovation and creativity in a collaborative environment </li><li>a working knowledge and understanding of education appropriate for the stage/s for which this role is responsible </li><li>a comprehensive understanding of NESA requirements </li><li>highly developed interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents/carers, students and staff </li><li>the capacity to empower students to be independent and creative learners </li><li>a willingness to be involved in the extra-curricular life of the College </li><li>the ability to teach Religious Education would be an advantage</li></ul><p>The following General Capabilities are applicable to the role: </p><ul><li>strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>ability to work collaboratively in a team environment </li><li>strong organisational skills </li><li>Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) </li><li>Sydney Catholic Schools’ employment number is desirable but not essential. </li></ul><p>Applications can be addressed to Mr David Forrester, Campus Principal Years 11-12, louise.stephenson&#64;syd.catholic.edu.au, and should include a cover letter and resume including three referees who may be contacted as part of the shortlisting process.
