<p><b>Essential criteria:</b></p><p> </p><p>* a knowledge and commitment to the mission of the Catholic school. </p><p>• qualifications and accreditation to teach Religious Education.</p><p>* a demonstrated understanding of EAL/D pedagogy and practice.</p><p>* the ability to effectively collect, analyse and use data to identify and address student needs.</p><p>*  a desire to learn, possibly within the Literacy and Numeracy Success Phase 2 project</p><p>* capacity to create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages and stimulates learning with high expectation for students</p><p>* enthusiasm and commitment to working in a team in a flexible learning space</p><p>• highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the demonstrated ability to engage positively with students, parents/carers and staff </p><p>• Child protection screening compliance (WWCC number) </p><p>• Registered to teach with NESA and comprehensive understanding of accreditation procedures </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b>Desired criteria:</b></p><p>* experience teaching using the Mathematical Excellence &amp; Expertise pedagogy. </p><p>* some experience as a full time class teacher</p>
