<p>St. Mary MacKillop Primary School, Keilor Downs is looking to engage the services of an English Leader with a strong passion for Inquiry Learning and Discovery Learning. </p><p>Within this context our school is exploring the possibilities of Outdoor Learning, as we vision moving learning from the ‘tame to the wild’. </p><p>We are seeking a dynamic educator to support us in our drive to continue improving learning outcomes. </p><p>This leader will be highly relational as they engage in a human centered endevour, working collaboratively to build teacher capacity and energise learning across the school community. They will work to build a culture of deep learning, shared purpose and collective responsibility. Together we will articulate a clearly defined vision, derived from evidence and embedded in the local context. </p><p>This is a senior position within the school, with a POL attached, reporting directly to the Leader of Learning and Teaching.
