<h5>About the role </h5><p>In this very demanding, complex but exciting context, we are looking for a team member willing to embrace the French-Australian work culture of our School and be involved in the School Project built around our students’ success and wellbeing. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><p><br /></p><p> </p><ul><li> Education service </li></ul><p>- Teach the French curriculum to secondary school students (Years 8, 9 and 10) </p><p>- Teach within the framework of the fundamental principles of the French and Australian educational systems with high standard expected</p><p>- Embrace the French-Australian work culture of our School</p><p><br /></p><p> </p><ul><li>Service for student success </li></ul><p>- Know the student, their learning processes and take the diversity of students into consideration through differentiation</p><p>- Accompany students in their learning trajectory whilst respecting their individual needs and acting as a responsible and ethical teacher</p><p>- Stay up to date on, and applying, new pedagogical approaches</p><p><br /></p><p> </p><ul><li>School community </li></ul><p>- Be a positive member of our community and collaborate with others in accordance with the school values</p><p>- Engage in individual and collective professional development training sessions and participate in staff meetings and duties (including supervision or sports duties, attending school camps and excursions...)</p><p>- Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace</p><p><br /></p><p> </p><h5>About the ideal candidate </h5><p>- 2 years minimum of experience teaching the chosen subject </p><p>- Ideally bilingual French &amp; English </p><p>- Understanding of the French education system </p><p>- C2 level in English </p><p>- Be accredited with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) </p><p>- Obtain a Working with Children Check Clearance or be willing to obtain one prior to employment.
