<p><i>Prince of Peace Lutheran College is a K-12 co-educational, independent, Christian school located in the north-western suburbs of Brisbane. The College was established by the Prince of Peace Lutheran Congregation in 1984 to provide quality Christian education to the children of the community. </i></p><p><i> </i></p><p><i>Prince of Peace Lutheran College offers classes on two sites from Kindergarten to Year 12 with approximately 820 students enrolled. The Junior Campus (K-6) is located at Rogers Parade West, Everton Park. The Middle &amp; Senior Campus, 1 km away at Henderson Road, Everton Hills was opened in July 2009 and is home to Years 7-12.</i></p><p>We are seeking staff who will work consistently to achieve the highest standards of presentation of facilities. Successful candidates will be individuals who can demonstrate that they will work safely, and work well in a team as well as individually. You will be well supported through the positive community environment by the Facilities Manager and Cleaning Supervisor. Send both documents as a PDF document to careers&#64;princeofpeace.qld.edu.au with the Subject ‘Cleaning and Grounds Expression of Interest’. </p><p><b>In your submission you will need to; </b></p><p>• Explain which role(s) you are interested in and your available working hours </p><p>• Demonstrate your suitability for working in a School, including having or being eligible for a Blue Card </p><p>• Demonstrate that you have the capacity to safely perform </p><ol><li>Cleaner - a range of internal and external cleaning and grounds maintenance tasks (eg. pressure washing) </li><li>Grounds – a range of all grounds and maintenance tasks </li></ol><p>• Confirm that you have a current Drivers License </p><p>Having a MR or HR license and ability to drive School Buses is highly desired. Otherwise you will need to be willing to undergo driver training if required. </p><p><b>Our process will be as follows; </b></p><p>1. Suitable applications will be invited to a brief telephone interview </p><p>2. Reference checks may be required at this stage (permission will be asked before contacting referees) </p><p>3. Candidates will then be invited to attend a formal interview if their phone interview is successful </p><p>4.
