You will work to support student strengths, interests and aspirations to ensure successful transition to post-school and adult life, such as in tertiary education or employment opportunities. The role involves the implementation of the program at Aspect Hunter School main campus in Thornton and will work closely with our high school classroom teachers and coordinators.
