<p><b>Location: </b>Catholic Education Office, Diocese of Parramatta</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>About the opportunity</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We are currently seeking an Employment &amp; Industrial Relations Team Lead to join our HR Operations team, working flexibility between the office, home and our schools. Your role will be responsible for leading a team of 9 HR professionals, providing coaching support and advice across performance leadership and management, misconduct, absenteeism, disciplinaries and grievances.
