Be faith-filled with a strong commitment to the Catholic Ethos of the school and to the spiritual, emotional, social and educational wellbeing of all students. </p><p> 2. Display passion and enthusiasm in their professional interactions. </p><p>3. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to continue to build strong relationships with students, colleagues and families. </p><p> 4. Use supportive behaviour management practices </p><p> 5. Display a strong understanding of contemporary learning practices and how to use these to positively impact student learning. </p><p>* A knowledge of Visible Learning and the Berry Street Education Model would be an advantage, but is not essential.</p><p>Special Requirements <br /></p><ul><li> full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching </li><li>accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic Primary School is desirable </li><li>committed to child safety, to maintaining best practices to ensure this and to ongoing evaluation of these practices </li><li>only applications which include the attached application form will be considered. </li><li>At least two referees including current principal. </li></ul><p><br /></p>
