St Mary's Catholic College, Woree is seeking applications for an Assistant Principal - Mission to join their college community in 2022.

<p><b>Position Details </b></p><ul><li>Full Time Fixed Term Leadership Position (5 Year Contract)</li><li>Full Time Permanent Substantive Teacher Position</li><li>Commencing: 17 January 2021</li><li>Salary Range $120,516 to $136,927 gross per annum</li><li>Applications close: 5pm, Monday 11 October 2021</li></ul><p><b>Purpose of the Role</b></p><p>The Assistant Principal Mission is a member of the College Leadership Team and works closely with the Principal in areas of strategic and operational matters.</p><p>Particular focus is exercised in the provision of leadership in areas that includes mission, formation, the religious life of the school and social justice and outreach.</p><p>Core to this role is the faith leadership of the school as delegated by the Principal. This includes outreach, forming staff in the Catholic Tradition and the Religious Life of the School. The Assistant Principal Mission promotes equity, excellence, and justice across the school system, and demonstrates leadership by engaging and contributing as a highly effective community builder, internal and external to the school.</p><p>The Assistant Principal Mission position draws on a repertoire of effective core leadership practices embedded in Catholic social teachings.
