<p><b>Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li>Belonging to our community and supporting our distinctly Christian ethos </li><li>Developing, delivering and evaluating curriculum based on our philosophy and pedagogy, the Early Years Learning Framework, the National Quality Standard and the Christian Studies Curriculum Framework</li><li>Creating positive learning environments including responding to children&#39;s interests</li><li>Building strong and open relationships with children, families and colleagues </li><li>Observing and recording children&#39;s learning and development using electronic portfolios </li><li>Ensuring the learning area is clean, hygienic and safe    </li><li>Undertaking administrative tasks as required</li><li>Engaging in lively collaborative critical reflection and ongoing professional learning</li><li>Learning about and implementing relational based pedagogies such as trauma informed practice, Circle of Security and Marte Meo </li></ul><p> </p><p><b>You Will Need: </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) </li><li>Accreditation as a Christian Studies teacher in Lutheran schools, or a willingness to undertake </li><li>Experience working in a preschool setting </li><li>Highly effective organisational and teamwork skills </li><li>Well-developed written and verbal communication skills </li><li>A high level of computer literacy </li><li>HLTAID004 First Aid Certificate </li><li>South Australian Teacher Registration</li><li> Responding to Abuse and Neglect training</li><li>Child Protection Curriculum training</li><li>A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and current early childhood education pedagogies and practices </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>
