Their key role is to work closely with the Bursar/Business Manager to ensure that all financial matters, processes, procedures and requirements are achieved to an excellent standard. The College Senior Finance Officer also supports other members of the support staff and the Leadership Team in their work with students. <br><br><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li>A commitment to Catholic Values and the fostering of authentic relationships within the college community;</li> <li>Appropriate Financial Administration qualifications or relevant Financial Administration experience;</li> <li>Strong ICT skills in particular Microsoft Office Suite and MAZE or equivalent Finance Package;</li> <li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills including good judgement in dealing with people at all levels;</li> <li>Ability to use discretion and confidentially when dealing with sensitive information in relation to students, staff and parents/carers within the school community;</li> <li>Flexibility, a demonstrated ability to work under pressure with highly developed organisational and prioritisation skills.
