This position is for an experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate Primary School teacher. The successful applicant will show a deep understanding of the operations and culture within a Lutheran Primary School and have experience in relevant project management.
<p>The Primary School of Concordia College is embarking on an exciting growth phase with provision for additional enrolments from ELC through to Year 6 over a four-year transition period, commencing 2023. </p><p>With these plans in place we have created an exciting new leadership opportunity for someone who seeks to be part of the future growth and development of our College.</p><p> </p><p>One of the key tasks in this role will be to work closely with the Principal - Primary School, Primary School Leader and ELC Director to develop a staged plan for the successful transition into a 3 and 4 year old ELC program and triple streaming from Reception to Year 6 commencing 2023.</p><p>The role of Primary School Coordinator is a full-time, two-year leadership role in the first instance.</p>
