<p>The College is seeking an outstanding leader to join its committed teaching staff. As a Transition Coordinator the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful transition of Year 6 students into Year 7, new secondary students into the College, and students moving from Year 10 into Senior Secondary. </p><p>We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced educator to take on this important leadership role; one who will work collaboratively as a member of our staff to support students to achieve our learning vision “growing our love of learning”. </p><p><br /></p><p> </p>
