<p>The Student Wellbeing Worker will: </p><p>• Foster the wellbeing of students, staff, parents and the school community. </p><p>• Offer a secular based pastoral care program. </p><p>• Provide a caring, supportive presence within the school. </p><p>• Provide a supportive role for all members of the community particularly the students. </p><p>• Connect with students and engage with them in a range of activities. </p><p>• Help develop and/or participate in programs designed to meet the wellbeing needs of students. </p><p>• Engage with parents by providing discussion group forums and attending a range of school and social events. </p><p>• Be available to assist parents and staff if required. </p><p>• Respond appropriately to students/staff/parents and refer on where necessary. </p><p>• Be involved in relevant policy review. </p><p>• Provide leadership to assist staff and parents in the management of student behaviour, wellbeing and safety.</p><p>For job &amp; person specifications and details of the position please visit the school website www.montessori.sa.edu.au</p><p> </p>
