<p>Catholic Education Wilcannia-Forbes (CEWF) is seeking applications from innovative educational leaders to join our dedicated team in continuing to build a vibrant Catholic identity and to inspire a spirit of collaboration within a school community in a rural setting.</p><p>To be successful you will be a strategic thinker and instructional leader who guides and supports improved teaching practices and provides quality learning outcomes for all students. </p><h4>Essential Criteria:</h4><div>All applicants must meet the following essential requirements for the position: </div><ol><li>Four-year-trained teacher qualification and relevant postgraduate qualifications</li><li>A practising Catholic with a deep commitment to the Catholic Faith and the ability to lead Religious Education within the school</li><li>Accreditation in and experience teaching/leading Religious Education and the capacity to lead the faith formation of themselves and others</li><li>Deep understanding of contemporary learning and the demonstrated capacity to lead effective teaching and learning within the school context</li><li>Leadership experience in at least one (1) Catholic school, Education Office or an educational institution</li><li>Capacity to effectively lead improvement, innovation, and change within the school context</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build the capacity of themselves and others in leadership and contemporary learning</li><li>Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated organisational and planning skills to effectively lead the management of staff and the physical resources of the school</li><li>Deep commitment to engaging and working with the Church, parents and the broader school community</li></ol><h4>Desirable </h4><ol><li>Knowledge and understanding of regional/rural Catholic education</li><li>Experience in pedagogy aligned with digital learning</li><li>Experience in developing and supporting positive relationships with staff, students, parents<br /> and the wider community</li></ol><h4><br /></h4><h4>For further information contact: </h4><p>Vicki Bourne-Fallon (School Consultant) on (02) 6853 9300</p>
