The Director of Teaching and Learning holds learning at the heart of all we do at Roseville College.

Responsible for all teaching, and the academic progress of each student, the Director of Teaching and Learning is future focused, with high expectations of self and others, knowing that every child and every moment of learning matters. The Director of Teaching and Learning upholds the College as a community of learning, modelling and nurturing a culture of growth, rigour and curiosity in girls, teachers and leaders. As a member of the College Executive, the Director of Teaching and Learning is a strategic, action-oriented leader and a thoughtful contributor to College wide projects and initiatives. </p><p>The successful applicant will have:</p><ul><li>Postgraduate Qualifications in Education</li><li>Experience in senior/executive leadership</li><li>Proven experience of successful team leadership</li><li>Experience in successful teaching of Senior Years (Stage 6)</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to Christian values.</li></ul><p>Roseville College is proudly a Child Safe Organisation, putting the best interests of children and young people first.
