<p><img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto" src="https://publicstorage.dc2.pageuppeople.com/906/ProviderAsset/scribble/035a8dde-563b-4dc7-bedc-ba4e4682ffa0.png"></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p align="center"><strong>Dean of Knowledge Management and Analytics (3pts)</strong></p> <p align="center"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Patrician Brothers’ College, Blacktown is an innovative and future-focused Catholic school for boys in Years 7-12. &nbsp;Commencing in 1952, and upholding Catholic values within the Patrician tradition as its bedrock, the College strives to nurture fine young men who strive for personal excellence and who are centred in faith.</p> <p>We are seeking an exceptional educator, leader and person to join our College Leadership Team as the Patrician Brothers’ College’s inaugural Dean of Knowledge Management and Analytics and to collaborate with us on our exciting journey.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>The Dean of Knowledge Management and Analytics is a College leadership position and will make a significant contribution to an aspirational, rigorous and progressive culture of educational and operational excellence.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>The Dean of Knowledge Management and Analytics will curate knowledge data and lead analytics to shape student profiles, curriculum design and program architectures. Reliable knowledge data and learning analytics is a core service in ensuring that the College focus is placed on the evidence of program and course quality as experienced by students, families, employers and the wider community. Innovation, quality, accessibility and sustainability underpin the context for evidence-based evaluation and analysis.</p> <p>The position is in support of the Assistant Principal – Learning, Teaching and Innovation. The aim of the position is to support the College Learning Plan (2021-2023) and drive growth and teacher quality in order to improve student outcomes.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>About you</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>To be considered for this new and exciting role, you must demonstrate proven experience in:</p> <ul> <li>Creating a Catholic learning culture of shared responsibility which is underpinned by quality learning and teaching for all students</li> <li>Demonstrated classroom practice that is engaging and innovative which maximises learning growth</li> <li>Razer sharp understanding and ability to manage, interpret and respond to student learning and behavioural data</li> <li>Demonstrated understanding and experience of collaborative inquiry that leads to improved teacher quality and student learning outcomes</li> <li>Professional experience in contemporary information and data systems</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with professional agencies and regulatory bodies in the education sector</li> <li>Proven capacity to lead staff and a willingness to continually develop in this area</li> <li>Well-developed people management skills coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially for the benefit of staff, students and parents</li> <li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires self-direction, team- orientation and the ability to effectively handle pressure in a manner consistent with Catholic values</li> <li>Ability to develop, cultivate and maintain professional relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders across the school community and beyond</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>OTHER ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Education.</li> <li>Current and valid Working with Children Check Clearance.</li> </ul> <p>If you require further information regarding this position, including a role description, please contact Janja Marinkovic, on 8811 0300 or by email on <a href="mailto:jmarinkovic@parra.catholic.edu.au">jmarinkovic@parra.catholic.edu.au</a></p> <p>Applications should include a letter indicating what you feel you would bring to this role, what you would expect to accomplish and reflecting on your past experience in relation to the criteria, along with a curriculum vitae and contact details of three professional referees.
