<p>St Clare&#39;s College is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced teacher for this newly created position. This role attracts a 1 point remuneration and a significant time allocation. This is a full-time ongoing position commencing Term 1, 2022.</p><p><b>About the role</b>:<br /></p><p>St Clare’s seeks to empower students to be lifelong learners able to operate with confidence in a complex, information-rich and globalised world. The Leader of Learning Pathways is a role that provides effective leadership in the support of students to explore unique and diverse learning pathways and in the transition from school to post school. They assist students in both their educational pathway and career aspirations. They are responsible for supporting and implementing a student-centred pathways education model that aligns with the St Clare’s College Vision for Learning and the Pastoral Care and Wellbeing Policies. </p><p>The Leader of Learning Pathways works collaboratively with the Directors of Learning and Teaching, Integrated Learning and Global Capabilities and the Leaders of Innovation and Partnerships and Diverse Learning to reimagine and develop individualized learning pathways for students that demonstrates a strong understanding of the changing nature of education in a future-focused framework. </p><p>The successful applicant will support students within the subject-selection process, TAFE/EVET administration and pursue partnerships with external agencies and educational institutions. </p><p><b>Key Selection criteria:</b><br /></p><ul><li>Supporting the mission and ethos of the Catholic School in the Clarion and Franciscan traditions.</li><li>An innovative educator who is future-focused and has a passion for working collaboratively.</li><li>Implementing significant and sustainable school improvement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborating with staff to build teacher and student capacity.</li><li>Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills.</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills.</li></ul><p>Applicants should complete the St Clare’s College Teaching Application Form (available to download it from the bottom of this ad) and forward it with a covering letter, full CV, including transcripts of qualifications and the names and telephone numbers of at least three referees should be addressed to The Principal.
