Joining Talent Acquisition, which is part of the People &amp; Culture department at CEDP, and reporting to the Senior Recruiter&nbsp; you will be responsible for supporting our hiring teams and candidates throughout the end to end recruitment process. More specifically you will:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Support the provision of services covering multiple areas in Talent Acquisition&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ensure quality candidate care</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Produce high quality job advertisements via multiple sourcing channels as well as assisting with social media marketing</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Complete all compliance checks background checking and pre employment verification in line with CEDP’s policies&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Processing casual, temporary and permanent candidate contracts</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Assist the Talent Acquisition team in facilitating the delivery of end to end recruitment&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Respond to ad-hoc requests and project work</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Support the delivery of Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Manage support requests and escalate tickets to relevant parties</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Maintain accurate and current records within the HRIS ecosystem&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of CEPD along with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Experience in recruitment administration support or are currently studying/recently finished a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources)</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Current working with children check, or the ability to obtain</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Appropriate demonstrated administration experience and computer skills</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Exceptional organisational and planning skills</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Culture and benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">35 hour working week&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Working from home until safe to return to the office, with a WFH/in office roster in place</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">A diverse, energetic and supportive workplace culture and team</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">We believe that our employee community is a key strength of our organisation and we aim to attract the best talent to achieve our strategic goal of being leaders in quality, faith-based education and an Employer of Choice in our sector.
