As an effective classroom practitioner, your knowledge, skills and passion for English will inspire students to engage themselves deeply within this subject. </p><p>The successful applicant will have: </p><ul><li>Qualifications in Secondary Education and English </li><li>Strong pedagogical knowledge and a passion for learning and teaching </li><li>Demonstrated effectiveness as an innovative and motivated English educator, across stages 4, 5 and 6 </li><li>Recent experience in the development and delivery of Stage 6 Advanced and Extension 1 and/or 2 courses, with demonstrated student growth and learning outcomes </li><li>Demonstrated ability in data analysis and data informed practice to drive improvements in teaching and student learning outcomes </li><li>A strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and be self-motivated. </li><li>A track record of being approachable with a strong work ethic </li><li>Willingness to be involved in the broader life of the College </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to Christian values. </li></ul><p>Roseville College is a child safe institution.
