<p>This full-time ongoing position, commencing as soon as possible will report to the Manager: Facilities and be required to demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>A high-level of business services and project support capability</li>
<li>Experience supporting committees, including meeting organisation and minute taking</li>
<li>Excellent time management and organisational abilities in a busy office environment</li>
<li>Discretion and high-level communication skills</li>
<li>Commitment to personal and team effectiveness</li>
</ul>
<p>The successful candidate will be accountable for providing effective business services support to enable the efficient administrative and financial operations of the Facilities team. There will be an element of intrastate travel required.</p>
<p>Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018. </p>
